Refund Policy

At Illion Media Group, we are committed to providing high-quality design services that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and we want to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund policy before you begin your project.

By engaging with Illion Media Group, you agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • Pre-work Stage (Before Design Work Begins): If no design work has been initiated, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

  • Post-work Stage (After Design Work Begins): Once design work has started, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work already completed and time spent.

 

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your spot in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

  • Custom Work and Designs: If a final design has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, as the work is custom and specifically created for the client. This includes logos, business cards, animations, and other creative assets.

 

Client Satisfaction

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the work provided, please follow these steps:

  • Request Revisions: As part of the package, we offer [insert number] rounds of revisions to make necessary adjustments based on your feedback. If you’re unsatisfied with the design, we will work with you to adjust the design until we reach a final product that meets your expectations.

  • Escalation Process: If after the allotted revisions you still feel the final product doesn’t meet your needs, we will discuss possible alternative solutions, which may include:

    • Offering an alternative design concept.

    • Modifying the design to better align with your vision.

    • Providing a partial refund based on the work completed (to be determined on a case-by-case basis).

 

Partial Refunds

If a refund is deemed appropriate, a partial refund may be offered depending on the amount of work completed at the time of the request. The refund will be calculated based on:

  • The hours worked on the project up until the refund request.

  • The stage of the design process (e.g., concept, revisions, final delivery).

  • Any non-refundable fees, such as deposits or initial design fees.

Refund amounts will be discussed with the client, with a maximum of [percentage] of the total paid amount eligible for refund, depending on the situation.

 

No Refunds After Final Approval

Once you have approved the final design and the project has been completed, no refunds will be issued. By approving the final design, you acknowledge that the services have been provided as agreed and that the work is satisfactory.

 

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the project and we cannot reach a resolution, we encourage open communication to find a solution. However, if a dispute arises, it will be handled according to the Terms of Service under the laws of Maryland, USA.

 

Communication is Key

We want to ensure that you are happy with the design and the process. If at any point you are not satisfied with the direction of the project, please communicate with us as soon as possible. We will work to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments to provide the best possible solution.
